Enrollment Information

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION CHANGE

Families intending to re-enroll their children at CCA for the 2009-2010 school year are required to submit paperwork by as soon as possible.  This will reserve a seat for your child in class.  New families coming to CCA are encouraged to enroll as soon as possible as openings are limited.

NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION: All new families registering will pay a $100 Registration Fee when submitting their paperwork.

Enrolling your child at Cape Christian Academy requires entrance testing, registration paperwork, and annual tuition for each child.  Entrance testing is required of all students entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and all other new students as deemed necessary by the administrator.  The cost of testing is $15.00 and does not commit you to matriculation.  The purpose of entrance testing it to determine grade placement, and is not a pass/fail test.

DATE EXTENSION: To be eligible for placement into the beginner program, students must be at least 4 years old by November 1st for Pre-Kindergarten and 5 years old by November 1st for Kindergarten.

Please read over and fill out the application in full, enclose registration fees, and provide a copy of  their child's birth certificate, last achievement test, and last report card upon registering.  Pre-k and kindergarten students are required to have a Health History and Appraisal Card, (included in the application packet) completed by your child's pediatrician showing their
up-to-date immunizations and a completed physical exam.  After the school receives and reviews your child's application, you will be contacted to come in for a New Family Orientation.  If your child is entering pre-k or kindergarten, a screening will be scheduled to determine your child's placement for the coming school year.

To be eligible for placement:

  • K-3 students must be 3 years old by November 1st and potty trained.
  • Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old by November 1st.
