  1. A late fee of $30.00 will be charged by Smart Tuition for each month the tuition is late.
  2. If payment plus late fees have not reached the school office before the 24th of the month, the student(s) will not be permitted to attend class until the account is made current.
  3. Report cards will not be issued to families with delinquent accounts.

Bad Check Policy

Any check returned to the school for insufficient funds will not be deposited again. Returned checks must be replaced by cash, money order, or certified check for the full amount and a $25.00 service charge within five days. If a check is returned a second time for insufficient funds during a school year, all remaining payments are required to be made in cash.

Payment Procedure

  1. All financial obligations from the current school year must be paid-in-full by July 1st, for the re-enrolled students to remain on the class list.
  2. Student records, report cards, and transcripts will be withheld until all obligations to the school are fulfilled.
  3. The Bookkeeper is available to meet and discuss all financial matters by appointment.
